Rock this premium eco-hoodie made of organic and recycled materials, all while helping us to create life-changing paid externships for disadvantaged and underrepresented (BIPOC, woman-identifying, and LGBTQIA2S+) students and developing professionals, vitalizing their careers in sustainability, environmental science, and related fields.

This stylish hoodie features the Laysan Albatross with the following text on the back:

In the 2008 study “Successful same-sex pairing in Laysan albatross,” researchers found that 31% of Laysan albatross pairs on O’ahu were female–female, and the overall sex ratio was 59% females as a result of female-biased immigration. This was the first record of cooperative breeding in Laysan albatross, in which unrelated females paired with one another for multiple years and cooperated in chick rearing. (Photo credits: L. Young & E. VanderWerf, Pacific Rim Conservation)
